Welcome to Empire Executive Travel. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Empire Executive Travel provides luxury chauffeur and transfer services across Manchester and the UK.
By booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
Payment can be made by debit/credit card or approved corporate account.
Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
A booking is confirmed only once full or partial payment has been received.
Customer Cancellations:
More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund.
Within 24 hours of pickup: 50% charge applies.
Within 6 hours of pickup: No refund.
Company Cancellations:
In rare cases where we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or suitable alternative will be offered.
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands.
All other pickups include 15 minutes of free waiting time.
Additional waiting is charged per 15-minute block at standard rates.
We monitor flight schedules; however, we are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., flight cancellations, traffic, weather).
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards chauffeurs and vehicles.
Smoking, drug use, and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Damage caused by passengers to vehicles will be charged at full repair/replacement cost.
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings.
Empire Executive Travel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
We reserve the right to upgrade or substitute vehicles when necessary, at no extra cost.
Specific vehicle requests (e.g., Mercedes S-Class) will be honored when possible but cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.
We will make every effort to get you to your destination on time but are not liable for losses caused by delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the booking.
Empire Executive Travel is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, accidents, or government restrictions.
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
Empire Executive Travel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
